Their vision extends beyond technology; they sought a workplace that reflected their progressive approach to healthcare and embodied the precision and creativity that drive their business.
Our brief was to transform a warehouse-style tenancy into a polished, functional workspace that balances warmth with professionalism; a place where collaboration and innovation could thrive.
Designing an Office With Personality
The new office is anchored by a welcoming, kitchen-style entry hub, featuring a bold pink stone benchtop that mirrors Evolution Surgical’s brand identity. This central element sets the tone: a touch of personality in an industrial space.
Warm timber joinery, refined lighting, and crisp detailing further soften the industrial edge of the warehouse shell. The result is a space that feels equal parts laboratory precision and human warmth. Professional, but never sterile.

Built for Collaboration, Designed for Growth
The layout combines open-plan workstations with private offices and glass-enclosed meeting rooms, creating the perfect balance between focus and teamwork. The use of glass maximises natural light while maintaining visual connection across the floor.
Subtle brand integration runs throughout, from carefully chosen colour accents to bespoke joinery, creating a consistent visual language that reinforces the company’s identity without overwhelming the space.
