The working style of the Paragon Funds Management and Munro Partners team is not unlike other businesses in their category. However, Karl Simity, Managing Director of Canopy Fitouts said, ‘this organisation’s willingness to embrace innovation meant that their workstations didn’t have to be ‘as expected’. We’ve integrated sit to stand workstations across the space to give team members the freedom to choose how they approach their work.’
It was important that this space had meeting rooms of various sizes in order to be flexible however these needed to compliment the space without breaking them up whilst still being light filled. This was achieved with frosted film throughout.
Facilities and Storage
Paragon Funds Management didn’t leave anything out, the basics were also given an upgrade. Stationary, kitchen and printing zones were all fitted with storage facilities and multimedia devices to ensure team members could be in contact with the latest information at all times.
