It's no secret that our working environment has changed drastically in the last two years. And for many modern tech companies innovating the traditional working model, we see a greater need for our office fitouts to cater for in-person collaboration. For Appscore, this concept was high on our agenda – with the inclusion of a breakout areas, think-tank spaces and quiet rooms. And so, our knowledgeable design team were able to accommodate for this in our fitout with the appropriate IT infrastructure and electrical planning to match.   

Since we were working with an empty office space, our design direction heavily focused on building visual interest and balance in our office fitout. Since the existing structural elements leant towards a corporate aesthetic, we needed to soften the space with organic elements. We incorporated light timbers and whites to contrast some of the darker existing flooring and walls. And in a similar manner, we ensured there was an abundance of greenery throughout the office fitout to create a sense of connection to the natural environment.  

An accurate portrayal of our client's personality is paramount to the way we design and build our office fitouts – both functionally and aesthetically. In interpreting their branding, we decided on a subdued version of their bright green branding, where teal and pastel greens were incorporated into joinery, wall features and soft furnishings. Furthermore, having an office space where their team could synergise was core to the client's company values. And so we made sure we could build a fully functional exercise equipment, games room and bar into the office fitout.  

Through our team's creative design thinking, we could deliver an office fitout that reflected our client's values perfectly.
