Returning to a New Working World

We removed all the existing interior of their office space as it was too cramped and blocked out heaps of natural light. We replaced the furniture and included linear workstations that allowed for growth within the business and increased its capacity for when people returned to work after COVID.

As we completed this fitout during COVID, people were nervous to come back to work, so we implemented acoustic hanging panels that acted as divides between teams within the open plan workstation area. This blocked off different teams and provided a barrier that allowed workers to feel safer in the workplace.

Fun and Vibrant Place To Be

For the design we used striking elements that were fun and vibrant and implemented greenery throughout the space to tie the outside greenery to the ones placed inside. There was a large window that was a main feature of the space that provided a beautiful scenic view of trees and plants that also added a calming effect throughout the office. We installed mooning pendant lights within the space so when you stood at the front of the office and looked straight down it gave off a cool effect.

Keeping on Brand

We incorporated Dr Oetker’s corporate colours into the office design which consisted of some nice variants of a toned red colour. We created multiple breakout spaces and casual meeting areas so people aren’t just stuck at their desks, they can move around and stretch their legs.

Paying Homage to Where it Started

They wanted to retain some of their existing artwork to pay homage to where the brand started and where it is today, this can be seen on some of the feature walls throughout the office.

Design Phase

Our Consultant and Designer meet with you to discuss your business fitout needs and get a clear perspective on your vision. We will discuss your requirements and what challenges you are currently facing with your workspace; whether it’s a size issue, a functionality improvement or simply a workspace update, we will work with you to find the most suitable commercial fitout solution for your requirements and budget.

Proposal

We prepare proposals based on the brief from the initial meeting where we go through and plan the look and feel of the proposed business fitout project. This is where we get feedback from you so we can proceed to the next step. We offer cost effective solutions for an affordable fitout, so your budget is always top of mind.

Site Commencement

All costs are agreed upon during this stage and the outline of the project and timelines are discussed. We organise all relevant permits to be approved and issue you with a final Construction Set, Fixtures and Finishes Schedule and a Project Schedule.

Construction

We carefully source and recruit the right contractors for each fitout construction job. We work with our team of Designers and suppliers to ensure consistency across the look and feel of the project, and conduct weekly site visits with you so you can check in on the fitout and how it is coming together.

At completion, we conduct a handover to you after ensuring you’ve had a thorough walk through of the new space and make sure you are happy with your completed project. We continue to work with you to take care of any additional needs and ensure they are resolved in readiness for your relocation.
