Massive office fitout for an iconic family run business

Patties

This office fitout was a fun project we built in 2018 that had a clear brand aesthetic. They were easy to work with and we were excited to go on this journey with them of turning their old-style traditional office space into a modern, corporate office. We demolished 40 offices within the tenancy to create the massive open plan area which was a big feat and transition for the business.

Modern & Industrial Look

The theme for the office space was modern/ industrial which was heavily tailored to their marketing, branding and signage of pies and their other product offerings.

The transition into the new space was interesting as the new leadership came from different corporate sectors and wanted a more of an open plan collaborative environment which meant we had to strip out all the base build to create collaborative space. We also created a kitchen area that buts into the open plan area and they had some awesome collaboration breakout hubs. There were heaps of meeting rooms that needed to be created to function as a meeting space and quiet area to suit the open plan area.

Standard S Styled Hub

We created a standard S styled hub with seating and standing desk that were used to separate the areas and meeting rooms that was multi-purpose. This was a big project that we fully stripped out back to the base build. 40 offices were pulled out, re-assed the power into the floor to remove the power poles where we could and created future flexibility when they grew.

Branded Theme

The office fitout encompassed a lot of branding colours and themes throughout the office, and they helped develop their branding and implement it into their office with fun signage and the Herbert Adams room that they called after a pie. They had heaps of fun like this with other room names.

Large Boardroom Space

They had a big boardroom that opened up into the kitchen, creating a large function area and flexibility for events and functions.

Strategic Reception and Meeting Space

The reception is an industrial style section that comes off the main core of the building and splits the tenancy into two meeting rooms, open plan workstation space. When customer some into the office the client journey is well thought out with the reception being next to the meeting room so they don’t need to journey through the whole building in order to meet with clients in a private setting.

Design Phase

Our Consultant and Designer meet with you to discuss your business fitout needs and get a clear perspective on your vision. We will discuss your requirements and what challenges you are currently facing with your workspace; whether it’s a size issue, a functionality improvement or simply a workspace update, we will work with you to find the most suitable commercial fitout solution for your requirements and budget.

Proposal

We prepare proposals based on the brief from the initial meeting where we go through and plan the look and feel of the proposed business fitout project. This is where we get feedback from you so we can proceed to the next step. We offer cost effective solutions for an affordable fitout, so your budget is always top of mind.

Site Commencement

All costs are agreed upon during this stage and the outline of the project and timelines are discussed. We organise all relevant permits to be approved and issue you with a final Construction Set, Fixtures and Finishes Schedule and a Project Schedule.

Construction

We carefully source and recruit the right contractors for each fitout construction job. We work with our team of Designers and suppliers to ensure consistency across the look and feel of the project, and conduct weekly site visits with you so you can check in on the fitout and how it is coming together.

At completion, we conduct a handover to you after ensuring you’ve had a thorough walk through of the new space and make sure you are happy with your completed project. We continue to work with you to take care of any additional needs and ensure they are resolved in readiness for your relocation.
