Reinventing Revita Medical
Revita Medical & Skin Clinic is known for its quality of service and outstanding medical team. Having recently bought the next-door tenancy, they wanted to quickly expand their facility to accommodate their growing team and meet increased patient demand.
We had to make the most of the limited space while maintaining medical compliance throughout the fitout.
Nothing Cold & Clinical
Most companies would follow the brief and leave it at that: build as many consulting rooms as possible within the new space.
We thought this build was an opportunity for Revita to create a point of difference as a medical clinic in the Southeastern suburbs.
Starting with warm tones to complement company branding, we created a space that feels welcoming throughout. Lighting was installed to highlight the natural characteristics of the build. A herringbone floor pattern was laid in the reception area. And we installed plants to tone down the clinical feel patients normally get upon entering a medical facility. These changes didn’t mute their brand, they elevated it.
Delivering More Within Budget
Implementing these visual elements didn’t come at an extra cost for Revita.
We used paint in clever ways to highlight GP room numbers. We laid vinyl flooring and installed laminate surfaces to deliver different looks without sacrificing on quality or affordability. Outside of adding new consulting rooms and upgrading the original space, we also were able to fit an additional office into the build for the Revita team to use for meetings.
Our Medical Compliance Expertise
Our team has successfully carried out many medical fitouts across Melbourne within a variety of sub-industries in the field. We know that each type of facility requires different levels of compliance and differing types of medical equipment.
For Revita we were able to build an optimal number of consulting rooms without overcrowding the narrow space or impinging on patient privacy. We made sure that each room was compliant with wash basin requirements. We also included safety flooring and refurbished their current ramp for DDA compliance.
Rooms were built with functionality so that GPs can easily access and use medical equipment.

We prepare proposals based on the brief from the initial meeting where we go through and plan the look and feel of the proposed business fitout project. All costs are agreed upon during this stage and the outline of the project and timelines are discussed. We organise all relevant permits to be approved and issue you with a final Construction Set, Fixtures and Finishes Schedule and a Project Schedule.

We work with our team of Designers and suppliers to ensure consistency across the look and feel of the project, and conduct weekly site visits with you so you can check in on the fitout and how it is coming together.
